1. Legal basis and purposes of the processing
CTIF-CFI is in charge of processing suspicious financial facts and transactions linked to money laundering and terrorism financing reported by institutions and individuals specified in the law.
In order to fulfil its preventive role in raising awareness, CTIF-CFI publishes on its website information, typologies, analysis, guidelines and indicators.

CTIF-CFI collects no personal data when you are surfing on the website www.ctif-cfi.be.
